Android has come a long way since 2015, and I enjoyed my time on vacation using the OnePlus 6 and Android 9 (Pie). However ... the whole platform is undercut by Qualcomm's thoroughly mediocre SoCs. I sincerely hope Google has a whole team working on better SoCs, somewhere..
