you should also ask the CodePlex team; they were *extremely* down on LINQ for some reason. I like it, but I also like SQL in equal measure.

I could show you 5 or 6 places where Linq makes the code easier but *destroys* perf. Depends what you need. And knowing how/why.

@robconery *and* it performs dramatically better, too! SQL is pretty much the ultimate ORM. I like LINQ because it lets us do both.
