also, it is trios, which I think has some strengths over duos/squads, and as mentioned in article, the call-out system is generally excellent (level 3 helmet here, marks on map for squad)

@merci "After all, I had offered my help." I find that there are (many?) situations where personally trying to help makes things actively worse. Indirect help is usually better, e.g. find a store employee and point them at the person.

@comcastcares thank you for following up -- got it handled, the online form eventually worked in a different browser (once, subsequent visits produced the same error), and I just got a callback from the online form and was able to cancel that way

@deanputney the thing is, I got 3 small kids and we're both working parents. I can't quit my job and canvas in Wisconsin. So if money can't be made to do what we want.. I suggest we redouble our efforts to make money do what we need it to do.
